Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fuel cell wherein unit cell constituting members are stacked with a separator between each two of them. This method for manufacturing a fuel cell comprises a step for arranging a unit cell constituting member on a first region of one side of the separator, and another step for forming a sealing member composed of an elastic material so that the sealing member is bonded or closely adhered to a second region of the one side of the separator including the first region and integrated with an end portion of the unit cell constituting member. L'invention présente un procédé de fabrication d'une pile à combustible dont les éléments constituant les motifs élémentaires sont empilés avec un séparateur disposé tous les deux éléments. Ce procédé de fabrication d'une pile à combustible comprend une étape consistant à disposer un élément constituant les motifs élémentaires sur une première région d'un côté du séparateur, et une autre étape consistant à former un élément d'étanchéité constitué d'un matériau élastique de telle sorte que l'élément d'étanchéité est lié ou étroitement collé à une seconde région du côté en question du séparateur incluant la première région et intégré à une partie d'extrémité de l'élément constituant les motifs élémentaires.
