NOVEL HIGHLY ACTIVE MODIFIED TYPE S-HYDROXYNITRILE LYASE

The invention relates to a novel highly active modified type S-hydroxynitrile lyase (SHNL). More particularly, the invention relates to the novel highly active modified type SHNL which can be obtained by substituting the amino acids at specific sites (at the 14th, 44th, 66th, 94th, 103rd, 118th, 122...

Summary:The invention relates to a novel highly active modified type S-hydroxynitrile lyase (SHNL). More particularly, the invention relates to the novel highly active modified type SHNL which can be obtained by substituting the amino acids at specific sites (at the 14th, 44th, 66th, 94th, 103rd, 118th, 122nd, 125th, 127th, 129th, 147th, 148th, 152nd, 212th and 216th positions) or inserting an amino acid at a specific site (between the 128th and 129th residues) in the amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) of a naturally occurring type SHNL.
