An optical data storage medium comprises: a) a substrate; b) at least one data layer on substrate (a); and, c) at least one transparent protective layer on data layer (b), the transparent protective layer being formed from a radiation curable acrylate composition and exhibiting upon the cure thereof a modulus of not greater than about 500 MPa, a shrinkage of less than about 8 percent, a scratch resistance of less than about 5 percent and a Tg of from about 20 to about 60°C. L'invention concerne un support de stockage de données optiques comprenant a) un substrat; b) au moins une couche de données sur le substrat (a); c) au moins une couche protectrice transparente sur une couche de données (b), la couche protectrice transparente étant formée à partir d'une composition d'acrylate durcissable par rayonnement et présentant après durcissement un module de pas plus de 500 Mpa environ, un rétrécissement de moins de 8 pour cent environ, une résistance à la rayure de moins de 5 pour cent environ et une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) de 20 à 60°C environ.
