La présente invention a pour objet un agent thérapeutique contre la fibrose hépatique et un procédé de traitement de la fibrose hépatique. Le 4-(3-Chloro-4-(cyclopropyle aminocarbonyle)aminophénoxy)-7- méthoxy-6-quinoléine carboxamide ou un analogue de celui-ci peut empêcher la fibrillation dans le foie, et peut donc être utilisé en tant qu'agent thérapeutique contre la fibrose hépatique ou dans le procédé de traitement de la fibrose hépatique.
