Disclosed is a light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition which is obtained by blending 0.01-10 parts by mass of a light-diffusing agent (B), 0.05-5 parts by mass of one or more light resistant agents (C) selected from a malonic acid ester compound, an oxalanilide compound, a benzotriazole compound and an acrylic resin comprising a side chain having a benzotriazole skeleton, and 0.01-1 part by mass of an ester compound (D) of a fatty acid and a polyhydric alcohol per 100 parts by mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A). A light-diffusing plate can be obtained by molding this composition by injection molding or the like. L'invention concerne une composition de résine de polycarbonate diffusant la lumière qui est obtenue par mélange de 0,01-10 parties en poids d'un agent diffusant la lumière (B), 0,05-5 parties en poids d'un ou plusieurs agents résistant à la lumière (C), choisis dans un groupe formé d'un composé d'ester d'acide malonique, un composé d'oxalanilide, un composé de benzotriazole et une résine acrylique comprenant une chaîne latérale ayant un squelette benzotriazole, et 0,01-1 partie en poids d'un composé ester (D) d'un acide gras et d'un alcool polyvalent pour 100 parties en poids d'une résine de polycarbonate aromatique (A). Une plaque de diffusion de lumière peut être obtenue par moulage de cette composition par moulage par injection ou similaire.
