A composite carbon fiber sheet obtained by mixing a thermosetting resin ingredient selected from the group consisting of a thermosetting silicone gel ingredient, thermosetting epoxy resin ingredient, and thermosetting silicone resin ingredient with a carbon fiber mass and then curing the thermosetting resin ingredient. In the composite carbon fiber sheet, those crystallites of the carbon fibers constituting the carbon fiber mass which are derived from growth in a direction along the hexagonal net plane have a size of 5 nm or larger. The composite carbon fiber sheet has a thermal conductivity of 2 W/(m·K) or higher. La présente invention concerne une feuille de fibre de carbone composite obtenue en mélangeant un ingrédient de résine thermodurcissable sélectionné parmi un ingrédient de gel de silicone thermodurcissable, un ingrédient de résine époxy thermodurcissable et un ingrédient de résine de silicone thermodurcissable avec une masse de fibre de carbone, puis cuisant l'ingrédient thermodurcissable. Dans la feuille de fibre de carbone composite, les cristallites des fibres de carbone constituant la masse de fibre de carbone qui sont dérivées de la croissance dans une direction longeant le plan du réseau hexagonal ont une taille de 5 nm ou plus. La feuille de fibre de carbone composite présente une conductivité thermique de 2 W/(m·K) ou plus.
