It is intended to provide a novel compound which is useful as a remedy or a preventive for diseases caused by gastric juice, has an excellent effect of suppressing gastric juice secretion, shows a prolonged effect of suppressing gastric juice secretion, can sustain the pH value in the stomach at a favorable level over a long period of time, and has an improved safety and appropriate physicochemical stability. A compound represented by the following general formula, its salt or a solvate thereof: (1) wherein R1 and R3 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R2 represents (5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-2-yl)methoxy, 5,7-dioxaspiro[2.5]octa-6-ylmethoxy, 1,5,9-trioxaspiro[5.5]undeca-3-ylmethoxy, (2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)methoxy, etc.; R4, R5, R6 and R7 each represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 haloalkoxy, etc.; and W1 represents a single bond, methylene or ethylene. L'invention concerne un nouveau composé utile en tant que produit pour le traitement ou la prévention de maladies dues au suc gastrique, ledit composé excellant à supprimer la sécrétion de suc gastrique, démontrant un effet prolongé de suppression de la sécrétion de suc gastrique, étant capable de maintenir le pH dans l'estomac à un niveau favorable pendant une période de temps prolongée et offrant une meilleure innocuité et une stabilité physico-chimique appropriée. L'invention concerne un composé répondant à la formule générale suivante ou l'un de ses sels ou solvates : (1) dans laquelle, R1 et R3 sont identiques ou différents et représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un alkyle en C1-6 ; R2 représente un groupe (5,5-diméthyl-1,3-dioxan-2-yl)méthoxy, un groupe 5,7-dioxaspiro[2,5]octa-6-ylméthoxy, un groupe 1,5,9-trioxaspiro[5,5]undéca-3-ylméthoxy, un groupe (2,2-diméthyl-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)méthoxy, entre autres ; R4, R5, R6 et R7 représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène, un halogène, un alkyle en C1-6, un halogénoalkyle en C1-6, un alcoxy en C1-6, un halogénoalcoxy en C1-6, entre autres ; enfin W1 représente une liaison simple, un méthylène ou un éthylène.
