A laminating adhesive comprising a polyol, an acid-modified polyol which is prepared by reacting a hydrophobic polyol containing a hydrocarbon moiety having 12 to 80 carbon atoms in the molecule in an amount of 30 to 95% by weight or a derivative thereof with an aromatic polybasic carboxylic acid anhydride and which bears carboxyl in the molecular end, an organic polyisocyanate, and a silane coupling agent. A laminating adhesive film which is excellent even after high-temperature sterilization in the bond performance between a metal foil/barrier film composite and a plastic film lying on the inside of the composite and in the bond performance between a metal foil/barrier film composite and a plastic film lying on the outside of the composite. La présente invention concerne un adhésif de stratification comprenant un polyol, un polyol modifié par un acide qui est préparé par la réaction d'un polyol hydrophobe contenant un fragment hydrocarboné contenant de 12 à 80 atomes de carbone dans la molécule en une quantité de 30 à 95 % en poids ou un dérivé de celui-ci avec un anhydride d'acide carboxylique polybasique aromatique et qui porte un groupe carboxyle au niveau de la terminaison moléculaire, un polyisocyanate organique et un agent de couplage de type silane. Un film adhésif de stratification qui est excellent même après une stérilisation à haute température en termes de performance de liaison entre un composite de feuille de métal/film formant une barrière et une feuille plastique se trouvant à l'intérieur du composite et en termes de performance de liaison entre un composite de feuille de métal/film formant une barrière et une feuille plastique se trouvant à l'extérieur du composite.
