The invention is directed to the plant disease control agent for agricultural or horticultural use, characterized by containing as an active ingredient one or more compounds selected from aminopyridine derivatives represented by the general formula [I]: [I] (wherein R represents a substituent such as a C2-C10 alkyl group, R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent such as a C1-C10 alkyl group which may be substituted, X represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent selected from a predetermined group of substituents, Y represents a substituent selected from a predetermined group of substituents, and m represents an integer of 0 to 3) and agriculturally acceptable salts thereof. The agent solves the problems of conventional plant disease control agents and further has excellent control effect and residual efficacy. La présente invention concerne un dérivé d'aminopyridine ayant un effet significatif sur une maladie de plantes et un agent de lutte contre une maladie de plantes destiné à un usage agricole ou horticole qui contient un dérivé d'aminopyridine en tant qu'ingrédient actif. L'invention porte sur un agent de lutte contre la maladie de plantes, destiné à un usage agricole et horticole, qui se caractérise en ce qu'il renferme en tant qu'ingrédient actif un ou plusieurs composés sélectionnés parmi des dérivés d'aminopyridine représentés par la formule générale [I] : [I] (R représente un substituant tel un groupe alkyle C2-C10, R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un substituant tel un groupe alkyle C1-C10 qui peut se substituer, X représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un substituant sélectionné parmi un groupe prédéterminé de substituants, Y représente un substituant sélectionné parmi un groupe de substituants, et m représente un entier compris entre 0 et 3) ainsi que des sels correspondants acceptables d'un point de vue agricole. L'agent permet de résoudre les problèmes associés aux agents classiques de lutte contre les maladies de plantes et présente d'excellents effet de lutte et efficacité résiduelle.
