Provided is an image browsing device for photographing a user riding on a vehicle at an amusement park so that the user may browse the photographed image when the user gets off the vehicle. At first, plural users hold up their ID cards individually toward an ID reader (11), and an image management device (21) stores the user IDs, the vehicle number and the seat numbers in corresponding manners. When an image photographing device (12) photographs images containing the vehicle (43) and the plural users, the image management device (21) stores not only the image photographed by the image photographing device (12) but also the vehicle number, the user IDs and the seat numbers as image information in a manner to correspond to the image. When a user browses the image, he or she brings the ID card close to a radio communication unit (52) so that the image of the seat position related to the ID card is displayed in an emphasized manner in the image photographed in advance. Thus, it is easy to specify the user taken in the image photographed in advance.
