An object detecting means (500) detects ID information and position of an object from outputs from a wireless tag reader (100), a human detecting sensor (200) and a camera (300). When the object detecting means judges that data relating to first object ID information and data relating to second object ID information corresponding to each of first and second times when human detecting data indicating existence of a human is acquired are different from each other, the object detecting means calculates a difference between the first and the second image data which correspond to each of the times and detects the position of the object.
