The invention provides methods for producing one or more crude products that includes producing formation fluid from a subsurface in situ heat treatment process; separating the formation fluid to produce a liquid stream and a gas stream; providing a liquid stream to a hydrotreating unit; hydrotreating at least a portion of the liquid stream at conditions sufficient for removal of at least a portion of clogging compositions that clog one or more processing units positioned downstream of the hydrotreating unit; and processing the hydrotreated liquid stream in one or more of the downstream processing units to form one or more crude products. L'invention concerne des procédés permettant de produire un ou plusieurs produits bruts consistant notamment à produire un liquide de formation à partir d'un processus de traitement thermique in situ d'une sous-surface; à séparer le liquide de formation de façon à produire un flux liquide et un flux gazeux; à alimenter une unité d'hydrotraitement en flux liquide; à hydrotraiter au moins une partie du flux liquide à des conditions suffisantes pour évacuer au moins une partie des compositions de colmatage qui bouchent une ou plusieurs unités de traitement placées en aval de l'unité d'hydrotraitement; et à traiter le flux liquide hydrotraité dans une ou plusieurs unités de traitement en aval de façon à former un ou plusieurs produits bruts.
