The electrolyte solution contains a complex salt of an azole ring compound and copper ions. La présente invention concerne un condensateur électrolytique comprenant un élément de condensateur et une solution électrolytique imprégnée et maintenue dans l'élément de condensateur. L'élément de condensateur est composé d'une anode constituée d'un métal à effet de valve, d'une cathode écaillée contenant du cuivre, et d'un séparateur disposé entre elles. La solution électrolytique contient un sel complexe d'un composé cyclique d'azole et d'ions cuivre.
