Summary:Disclosed is a neuronal differentiation inhibitor which comprises at least one peptide capable of inhibiting or controlling the neuronal differentiation of at least one cell capable of being differentiated into a neuronal cell. The peptide is an artificially synthesized peptide which comprises a BC-box-derived amino acid sequence comprising at least 10 contiguous amino acid residues selected from an amino acid sequence constituting the BC-box of at least one protein belonging to the elongin A family or comprises an amino acid sequence having a partial modification in the BC-box-derived amino acid sequence. La présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de la différenciation neuronale qui comprend au moins un peptide capable d'inhiber ou de réguler la différenciation neuronale d'au moins une cellule capable de se différencier en cellule neuronale. Le peptide est un peptide de synthèse dont la séquence d'acides aminés comprend au moins 10 résidus d'acides aminés contigus choisis dans la séquence d'acides aminés qui constitue la boîte BC d'au moins une protéine appartenant à la famille des élongines A, ou dont la séquence d'acides aminés est une modification partielle de la séquence d'acides aminés dérivée de la boîte BC.
