Ces mutants font preuve d'une modification de l'activité lyase de la chondroïtine ou d'une résistance accrue à l'inactivation initiée par des stresseurs, y compris à l'exposition aux UV ou à la chaleur. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation de ces enzymes.
