Abstract To perform large-scale multiplex analysis of lipid-specific binding, lipid microarrays were developed. Lipids identified as disease associated, or analogs there, can be tolerogenic to patients suffering from autoimmune disease. Lipid array analysis has revealed anti-lipid antibodies in patients with immune disorders, and may contribute to the pathogenesis of disease. Pour effectuer une analyse multiplexée à grande échelle de fixation spécifique aux lipides, on a développé des microréseaux de lipides. Les lipides identifiés comme étant associés à une maladie, ou leurs analogues peuvent être tolérogènes pour des patients souffrant d'une maladie auto-immune. L'analyse des réseaux de lipides a révélé chez des patients présentant des troubles immunitaires la présence d'anticorps antilipides, ce qui peut contribuer à une pathogenèse de leur maladie.
