The device results in a product with improved aeration properties and is fully mixed. In addition, due to the simple design, the device is easy to manufacture and use. Le dispositif de la présente invention sert à la production d'un produit mélangé et aéré comme des desserts aux fruits congelés. Le dispositif comprend une étireuse avec deux sections filetées et deux sections profilées indépendantes. De plus, le matériel congelé est alimenté dans l'étireuse selon une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe de l'étireuse. Le dispositif confectionne un produit avec des caractéristiques d'aération améliorées et totalement mélangé. De plus, en raison de la simplicité de la conception, ce dispositif est facile à fabriquer et à utiliser.
