The ring comprises two rings inserted between an index finger and a middle finger of a user; and a connection unit which integrally connects the rings. La présente invention concerne une bague pour arrêter de fumer. Cette bague permet d'inhiber fondamentalement et sensiblement l'envie de fumer involontaire d'un utilisateur qui souhaite arrêter de fumer et ce, sans interférence dans sa vie quotidienne. Ladite bague comprend deux anneaux qui sont placés à l'index et au majeur d'un utilisateur. Une unité de connexion permet de connecter de manière intégrale lesdits anneaux.
