The invention is a corkscrew (1) for caps made of cork or plastics equipped with two levers (7) and (8) each having two shaped or cam outlines (11, 12) that subject corresponding teeth (41) and (51), carried by concentric barrels (4) and (5), to different movements such as to allow the complete extraction of the cap from the bottle and its ejection. The corkscrew (1) takes care of blocking the bottle neck during the worm screwing through a garter-spring tightening arrangement (6). The levers (7,8) are synchronously moved through teeth (13) that engage a toothed wheel (14). Cette invention concerne un tire-bouchon (1) pour des bouchons en liège ou en plastique, lequel tire-bouchon est équipé de deux leviers (7 et 8) présentant chacun deux ébauches de came façonnées (11, 12) qui soumettent des dents correspondantes (41 et 51), transportées par des barillets concentriques (4 et 5), à différents mouvements de manière à permettre l'extraction complexe du bouchon de la bouteille puis son éjection. Le tire-bouchon (1) est conçu de manière à permettre le blocage du goulot pendant que la vis sans fin traverse un dispositif de serrage à ressort bracelet (6). Les leviers (7,8) sont déplacés simultanément par l'intermédiaire des dents (13) qui s'engrènent dans une roue dentée (14).
