The invention relates to drugs of natural origin for the treatment of osteoporosis, which are bentonite enriched in calcium, containing electrophoretically mobilizable calcium, and modified hydrotalcite (talcid) containing electrophoretically mobilizable phosphate. The invention includes the use of the above drugs for the treatment of osteoporosis and to reduce the post-operative recovery period of human patients operated due to bone fracture or different bone diseases. The invention also relates to a three-electrode electrophoretic apparatus developed for the treatment of osteoporosis, and the methods of treatment for osteoporotic patients, which are carried out with the electrophoretic apparatus according to the invention by transdermally delivering preferably calcium and phosphate and other drug(s) to the osteoporotic sites or any part of the body without side effects to increase the bone density and to reduce the post-operative recovery period of human patients operated due to bone fracture or different bone diseases. L'invention concerne des médicaments d'origine naturelle utilisés dans le traitement de l'ostéoporose, de la bentonite enrichie en calcium, contenant du calcium mobilisable de manière électrophorétique, et de l'hydrotalcite modifiée (talcid) contenant du phosphate mobilisable de manière électrophorétique. L'invention concerne l'utilisation desdits médicaments dans le traitement de l'ostéoporose, et pour réduire la durée de rétablissement post-opératoire des patients humains opérés en raison d'une fracture osseuse ou de différentes maladies osseuses. L'invention concerne également un appareil électrophorétique à trois électrodes mis au point pour traiter l'ostéoporose, et des méthodes de traitement de patients atteints d'ostéoporose, mises en oeuvre à l'aide de l'appareil électrophorétique de l'invention par administration transdermique de calcium et de phosphate, de préférence, et d'autres médicaments sur les sites ostéoporotiques ou une partie quelconque du corps, et ce, sans effets secondaires, afin d'augmenter la densité osseuse et réduire la durée de rétablissement post-opératoire des patients humains opérés en raison d'une fracture osseuse ou de différentes maladies osseuses.
