L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs servant à prendre l'image d'un spécimen, en particulier, des procédés et des dispositifs servant à prendre l'image de gels électrophorétiques qui ont été utilisés afin de séparer des molécules biologiques, telles que des protéines ou des acides nucléiques. Elle permet d'apporter une solution aux problèmes associés à l'interférence due aux anneaux de Newton et à la toxicité chimique rt rencontrés dans les systèmes d'imagerie classiques.
