L'invention concerne un instrument de nettoyage servant à nettoyer des surfaces avec un substrat de nettoyage. Cet instrument de nettoyage présente un manche relié à une tête de support par l'intermédiaire d'un joint universel. Cette tête de support présente une pièce supérieure sensiblement transparente pourvue d'une pluralité de saillies et d'évidements diffractant la lumière pour créer des zones d'ombre et de lumière visibles.
