Apparatus for playing a game includes a plurality of player tokens and a plurality of question tokens wherein each of the question tokens has thereon at least one question and an answer to the at least one question. A playing surface having thereon a start section, an end section and a plurality of question sections between the start section and the end section, wherein each of the question sections denote a category of question to be asked to a player whose player token lands on the question section. A plurality of substitution tokens with indicia thereon to indicate that the question asked to a player must be substituted for another question if that player elects to use a substitution token. In addition, the apparatus also includes at least one die, wherein the die has six faces each of which is marked with one of the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, -1 and -2. L'invention concerne un dispositif de jeu comportant une pluralité de jetons de joueurs et une pluralité de jetons de questions, chaque jeton de questions comportant au moins une question et une réponse à cette question. Ledit dispositif comporte également une surface de jeu présentant une section de départ, une section d'arrivée, et une pluralité de sections de questions situées entre la section de départ et la section d'arrivée, chaque section de questions présentant une catégorie de questions à poser au joueur dont le jeton occupe la section de questions. Ledit dispositif comporte également une pluralité de jetons de substitution présentant des indications indiquant que la question posée au joueur doit être substituée par une autre question si ce joueur choisit d'utiliser un jeton de substitution. Par ailleurs, le dispositif selon l'invention comporte également au moins un dé présentant six faces portant les chiffres suivants 1, 2, 3, 4, -1 et -2.
