A transdermally absorbable preparation that even when a drug with poor solubility in a base is added in high concentration, is stable over time and can suppress crystallization of the drug, excelling in transdermal absorbability. There is provided a transdermally absorbable preparation, comprising a base and, added thereto, at least composite particles which are composed of a silicate compound and an organic acid and a drug. La présente invention décrit une préparation absorbable par voie transdermique qui, même dans le cas où un médicament de faible solubilité est ajouté à concentration élevée à une base de préparation, reste stable au cours du temps et peut annuler la cristallisation dudit médicament, ce qui résulte en une excellente capacité d'absorption par voie transdermique. La présente invention décrit notamment une préparation absorbable par voie transdermique qui comprend une base et, ajoutées à cette base, au moins des particules composites constituées d'un dérivé de silicate, ainsi qu'un acide organique et un médicament.
