By utilizing a mutant TRPV3 gene which has the mutation, it becomes possible to produce a transgenic mouse or rat capable of developing dermatitis spontaneously under SPF conditions. La présente invention concerne une mutation génétique se trouvant dans le gène TRPV3 et qui peut induire l'hérédité dominante d'un caractère de développement d'une dermite dans des conditions hétéroxéniques (ci-après SPF conditions). En utilisant un gène mutant TRPV3 qui comporte la mutation, il devient possible de produire une souris ou un rat transgénique capable de développer spontanément une dermatite dans des conditions hétéroxéniques.
