Procédé d'élaboration de dérivés d'acide 4-chloro-3-[5-chloro-1-(2,4-diméthoxybenzyl)-3-alkyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-lH-indol-3-yl]benzoïque de type racémique et optiquement actif de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle droit ou ramifié à 1-4 atomes de carbone et R1 un groupe alkyle droit ou ramifié à 1-4 atomes de carbone.
