On a trouvé que le facteur de sperme caprin, seul ou en combinaison avec l'adénophostine A, produisait les caractéristiques d'oscillations de Ca2+ de l'activation de l'oeuf envisagée avec la fertilisation. L'introduction du facteur de sperme caprin et d'adénophostine A dans des oeufs en vue de produire des embryons reconstruits a été optimisée.
