The present invention relates to the field of hydroprocessing, and more particularly relates to a process directed to fuels hydrocracking and distillate feed hydrofining. This process has at least two stages (110, 130). A relatively unconverted hydrofined product (122) may be removed prior to the second stage (130), providing flexibility. In another embodiment, fresh feed may be added prior to the second stage(130). In both embodiments, fuels production is maintained at a constant level. La présente invention concerne le domaine de l'hydrocraquage, et plus particulièrement un procédé d'hydrocraquage de combustible et d'hydroraffinage de distillat. Ledit procédé comprend au moins deux étapes. Un produit hydroraffiné relativement non converti peut être éliminé avant la seconde étape pour plus de flexibilité. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, une nouvelle alimentation peut être ajoutée avant la seconde étape. Dans les deux modes de réalisation, la production de combustible est maintenue à un niveau constant.
