In the method according to the embodiments of the invention, when the trigger for taking a picture is activated (101), a certain predefined sound clip of the camera apparatus (300) is activated, which sound clip is played with the sound-reproducing equipment (103) of the camera apparatus before taking a picture (104). The camera apparatus (300) according to the embodiments of the invention comprises a trigger, which can be activated for taking a picture, and means for activating a certain predefined sound clip (101) after trigger activation, and sound-reproducing equipment (204, 305) for playing the sound clip (103) before taking a picture (104). L'invention concerne une caméra améliorée et les diverses utilisations de cette caméra. D'après ce procédé, quand on active le déclencheur (101) de prise d'images, on active également une séquence sonore prédéterminée de la caméra (300), ladite séquence sonore étant reproduite par l'équipement (103) de reproduction de son de la caméra avant la prise d'images (104). Cette caméra (300) comprend un déclencheur pouvant être activé afin de prendre une image, ainsi que des moyens servant à activer une séquence sonore prédéterminée (101) après l'activation du déclencheur, et un équipement de reproduction de son (204, 305) servant à reproduire cette séquence sonore (103) avant de prendre une image (104).
