L'invention porte sur une composition dentaire à polymérisation à faible retrait et sur un matériau dentaire polymérisable sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant un matériau dentaire de type cire qui est soumis à une polymérisation en noyau ouvert. La composition dentaire est utilisée comme matériau de restauration et pour fabriquer des dents artificielles, des prothèses, des substances pour restauration, des couronnes et des bridges dans un matériau polymère dentaire de haute résistance.
