Hsp90 family protein inhibitors containing as the active ingredient benzoic acid derivatives represented by the general formula (|) or prodrugs or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: (|) wherein n is an integer of 1 to 10; R1 is substituted or unsubstituted lower alkoxycarbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted aroyl, or the like; R2 is -NR14R15 (wherein R14 and R15 are each independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl, or the like); R3 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, or the like; and R4 and R6 are each independently hydrogen, halogeno, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, or the like. L'invention concerne des inhibiteurs des protéines de la famille Hsp90 contenant, en tant qu'ingrédient actif, des dérivés de l'acide benzoïque représentés par la formule générale (|) ou des promédicaments ou sels de qualité pharmaceutique de ces dérivés.. Dans cette formule (|), n est un entier allant de 1 à 10 ; R1 est un alcoxycarbonyle inférieur substitué ou non, un aroyle substitué ou non, ou un groupe similaire ; R2 est -NR14R15 (R14 et R15 étant chacun indépendamment l'hydrogène, un alkyle inférieur substitué ou non, un aryle substitué ou non, ou un groupe similaire) ; R3 et R5 sont chacun indépendamment l'hydrogène, un alkyle inférieur substitué ou non, ou un groupe similaire ; et R4 et R6 sont chacun indépendamment l'hydrogène, un halogène, un alkyle inférieur substitué ou non, ou un groupe similaire.
