A DNA chip and a genotyping kit for diagnosis with quickness and accuracy of infection with the four most frequent outbreaks among sexually transmitted disease (STD) pathogens such as Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydiae trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma genitalium, and an oligonucleotide probe used therein are provided. The DNA chip and the genotyping kit is excellent in sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility in diagnosis of STD, and they are effective in automated analysis with quickness of four types of bacteria in various samples. La présente invention se rapporte à une puce à ADN et à une trousse de génotypage permettant de diagnostiquer rapidement et précisément une infection par l'un des agents pathogènes à l'origine des quatre plus fréquentes flambées de maladies sexuellement transmissibles (MST), du type Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydiae trachomatis, Ureaplasma uréalyticum, Mycoplasma génitalium, ainsi qu'à une sonde oligonucléotidique utilisée dans cette trousse de génotypage. La puce à ADN et la trousse de génotypage présentent d'excellentes caractéristiques de sensibilité, spécificité et reproductibilité lors du diagnostic d'une MST, et elles permettent efficacement et rapidement une analyse automatisée des quatre types de bactéries dans des échantillons variés.
