A device for detecting partial discharge of a rotary electric machine includes: a metal frame (5) connected to a stator frame (7) of the rotary electric machine; a power line or a neutral point outgoing line (4) arranged in the metal frame (5) and connected to the neutral point of a stator coil (6) or a 3-phase stator coil (6) corresponding to each of the three phases in the stator frame for propagation of a partial discharge signal generated by deterioration of the stator coil (6); a sensor arranged around the power line or the neutral point outgoing line (4) in the metal frame (5) and formed by a rod-shaped antenna (2) from which the partial discharge signal propagating in the power line or the neutral point outgoing line (4) is electrostatically or electromagnetically induced; and a detector (3) for acquiring the signal generated in the sensor, via a signal outgoing line (2) and detecting partial discharge by processing the signal. L'invention concerne un dispositif pour détecter la décharge partielle d'une machine électrique rotative comprenant : un cadre de métal (5) connecté à un cadre de stator (7) de la machine électrique rotative ; une ligne de courant ou une ligne de sortie de point neutre (4) agencée dans le cadre de métal (5) et connectée au point neutre d'une bobine de stator (6) ou d'une bobine de stator triphasée (6) correspondant à chacune des trois phases dans le cadre de stator pour la propagation d'un signal de décharge partielle généré par une détérioration de la bobine de stator (6) ; un capteur agencé autour de la ligne de courant ou de la ligne de sortie de point neutre (4) dans le cadre de métal (5) et formé par une antenne en forme de bâtonnet (2) à partir de laquelle le signal de décharge partielle se propageant dans la ligne de courant ou la ligne de sortie de point neutre (4) est induit de manière électrostatique ou électromagnétique ; et un détecteur (3) pour acquérir le signal généré dans le capteur, par l'intermédiaire d'une ligne sortante de signal (2) et détecter la décharge partielle en traitant le signal.
