The received email is processed (S410-S425) and providing to an archive (140) for archiving (S430). L'invention concerne un système de gestion d'enregistrement sécurisé (130) permettant de stocker des e-mails de manière sécurisée. Le système de gestion d'enregistrement sécurisé reçoit (S405) un e-mail codé. L'e-mail reçu est une copie dupliquée d'un e-mail transmis, et est décodable par le système de gestion d'enregistrement sécurisé. L'e-mail reçu est traité (S410-S425) et fourni à une archive (140) pour un archivage (S430).
