La présente invention concerne des nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant au moins un inhibiteur de EGFR kinase et au moins un composé actif supplémentaire choisi parmi des mimétiques de bêta-2, des stéroïdes, des inhibiteurs de PDE-IV, des inhibiteurs de p38 MAP kinase, des antagonistes de NK1 et des antagonistes d'endothéline, des procédés pour préparer les compositions et l'utilisation de celles-ci en tant que médicament dans le traitement de troubles respiratoires et gastro-intestinaux, ainsi que de maladies inflammatoires des articulations, de la peau ou des yeux.
