La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à la préparation d'esters nitro-oxy, de thioesters nitro-oxy, de carbonates nitro-oxy et de thiocarbonates nitro-oxy de composés comprenant au moins un groupe fonctionnel hydroxyl ou thiol, selon le schéma de réaction suivant : (I), (II), (III).
