The invention also provides an albumin-binding compound to which one or more biologically active moieties are attached. L'invention concerne un composé liant l'albumine comprenant essentiellement les éléments suivants: un groupe espaceur, un groupe de pompage soluble dans l'eau, une chaîne d'acides gras et un groupe acide caractérisé en ce qu'il est rattaché à l'extrémité distale de la chaîne d'acides gras. L'invention concerne également un composé liant l'albumine auquel sont rattachées une ou plusieurs fractions actives sur le plan biologique.
