L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour savon de toilette en barre qui contient du savon, des tensioactifs amphotères, des tensioactifs anioniques synthétiques à un ratio spécifique et un mélange d'émollients hydrophobes comprenant un hydrocarbure titrant à moins d'environ 50 DEG C. Ce savon de toilette assure un nettoyage en douceur, une bonne hydratation et un moussage crémeux lors de l'utilisation.
