Summary:The present invention provides novel methods and kits for labeling and isolating tissue-specific or organ-specific lumen-exposed molecules. In addition, the present invention provides tissue-specific or organ-specific lumen-exposed polypeptides, which were isolated by the methods herein. Furthermore the present invention provides therapeutic complexes comprising ligands that bind the tissue-specific or organ-specific lumen-exposed polypeptides attached to therapeutic moieties for targeted treatment and prevention. La présente invention a trait à de nouveaux procédés et de nouvelles trousses pour le marquage et l'isolement de molécules exposées à une lumière spécifiques aux tissus ou spécifiques aux organes. L'invention a également trait à des polypeptides exposés à une lumière spécifiques aux tissus ou spécifiques aux organes, qui ont été isolés par les procédés de l'invention. L'invention a trait en outre à des complexes thérapeutiques comportant des ligands de liaison aux polypeptides exposés à une lumière spécifiques aux tissus ou spécifiques aux organes fixés à des fragments thérapeutiques pour le traitement et la prévention ciblés.
