An exhaust gas purifying device for a saddle ride-type vehicle, capable of preventing the appearance from being impaired when a secondary air supply pipe is connected to an exhaust pipe. An exhaust gas purifying device (20) has an exhaust pipe (15) connected to an engine (4), a catalyst placed in the exhaust pipe (15), a secondary air supply pipe (23) connected nearer to the upstream side than the catalyst in the exhaust pipe (15), and a muffler (30) where a connection section (23a) at which the secondary air supply pipe (23) is connected to the exhaust pipe (15) and that portion of the exhaust pipe (15) which is more on the downstream side than the connection section (23a) are received.
