Summary:Compounds represented by the general formula (1) or (100) have excellent inhibitory activities against cell adhesion and cell infiltration and are useful as therapeutic or preventive agents for various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases caused by the adhesion and infiltration of white blood cells, for example, inflammatory diseases of intestine (particularly ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease), irritable bowel syndrome, rheumatic arthritis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, asthma, and atopic dermatitis: (1) (100) wherein R is optionally substituted cycloalkyl or the like; R , R , R and R are each hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, or the like; R , R and R are each hydrogen, alkyl, oxo, or the like; and R is optionally substituted alkyl or the like. L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule générale (1) ou (100), qui possèdent d'excellentes propriétés d'inhibition de l'adhérence cellulaire et de l'infiltration cellulaire, et sont utiles comme agents dans le traitement et la prévention de diverses maladies inflammatoires et auto-immunes provoquées par l'adhérence et l'infiltration des leucocytes, telles que des maladies inflammatoires de l'intestin (en particulier la rectocolite hémorragique ou la maladie de Crohn), le syndrome du côlon irritable, la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, le psoriasis, la sclérose en plaques, l'asthme et la dermatite atopique. Dans les formules, R représente un cycloalkyle éventuellement substitué ou analogue ; R , R , R représentent chacun hydrogène, alkyle, alcoxy ou analogue ; R , R , R représentent chacun hydrogène, alkyle, oxo ou analogue ; et R représente alkyle éventuellement substitué ou analogue.
