L'invention concerne un anticorps monoclonal anti-Kank humain, une méthode de détection de Kank humain au moyen de l'anticorps, et une méthode d'utilisation associée. Cette invention a aussi trait à un anticorps monoclonal anti-Kank obtenu à l'aide d'une séquence d'acides aminés comportant entre 406 et 580 acides aminés de la séquence d'acides aminés de Kank humain ou à un fragment associé utilisé en tant qu'antigène.
