A harvesting machine (1) is provided with a pair of left and right shoulder-lining-up transfer belts (41L, 41R) for guiding the height position of bulbs (5b) while gripping and rearwardly transferring the stalks (5a) of garlic (5) below the extraction transfer belts (36L, 36R), and with a rotary body (44) adapted to come in contact, for soil removal, with the fibrous roots (5c) of the garlic (5) held between the extraction transfer belts (36L, 36R), the rotary body (44) being disposed below the transfer terminal ends of the shoulder-lining-up transfer belts (41L, 41R). Comb-like brushes (38L, 38R) are adapted to come in contact, from the side of the transfer path thereof, with the stalks (5a) and shoulders of the garlic (5) that are being transferred on the extraction transfer belts (36L, 36R), the angle of inclination of the brushes being adjustable. L'invention concerne une machine de récolte (1) comportant deux bandes (41L, 41R), gauche et droite, de transfert par alignement d'épaulements pour guider la position en hauteur de bulbes (5) et saisir et transférer en même temps vers l'arrière les tiges (5a) d'ail (5), sous des bandes (36L, 36R) de transfert par extraction. La machine comporte un corps rotatif (44) conçu pour entrer en contact, afin d'enlever la terre, avec les racines (5c) fibreuses de l'ail (5) maintenues entre les bandes (36L, 36R) de transfert par extraction, ledit corps (44) étant placé sous les extrémités terminales de transfert des bandes (41L, 41R) de transfert par alignement d'épaulements. Des brosses (38L, 38R) du type peigne sont conçues pour entrer en contact, côté circuit de transfert, avec les tiges (5a) et les épaulements des bulbes d'ail (5) transférés sur les bandes (36L, 36R) de transfert par extraction, l'angle d'inclinaison des brosses pouvant être réglé.
