A soft magnetic compact which is produced by using soft magnetic composite powder in which the surface of soft magnetic powder is covered with an electric-insulating material containing at least an inorganic insulating material, and a resin material is fused to the surface of the inorganic insulating material so as to partially cover the surface of the soft magnetic powder. Accordingly, it is possible to ensure an electric insulating property between pieces of soft magnetic material powder to secure a good magnetic characteristics and to easily mold a compact. L'invention concerne un produit compact faiblement magnétique obtenu au moyen d'une poudre composite faiblement magnétique dans lequel la surface de la poudre faiblement magnétique est recouverte par un matériau d'isolation électrique contenant au moins un matériau d'isolation inorganique, un matériau résineux étant fusionné à la surface du matériau d'isolation inorganique afin de recouvrir partiellement la surface de la poudre faiblement magnétique. De cette manière, il est possible de garantir une propriété d'isolation électrique entre des pièces de poudre de matériau faiblement magnétique afin d'assurer de bonnes caractéristiques magnétiques et de mouler facilement un produit compact.
