In a robot operation terminal (100), a storage section (101) has a group belonging article table (102) listing articles belonging to respective groups. When information for designating an operation to a robot (120) is inputted to an input section (106) and that information designates a group as an operational object, a converting section (107) converts that group into an article belonging to that group with reference the group belonging article table (102). Consequently, designation of operation is simplified and occurrence of a human error is suppressed.
