An anti-inflammatory analgesic adhesive patch which has an excellent anti-inflammatory analgesic effect and is reduced in unpleasant irritant feeling during wear. It is characterized by containing, as active ingredients, benzocaine and an ingredient having a counter-irritation effect, wherein the ingredient having a counter-irritation effect comprises one or more members selected from the group consisting of 1-menthol, dl-menthol, dl-camphor, d-camphor, methyl salicylate, glycol salicylate, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, capsaicin, capsicum extract, and nonylic acid vanillamide and the benzocaine is contained in an amount of 0.5 to 20 wt.%. L'invention concerne un patch adhésif analgésique anti-inflammatoire ayant un effet analgésique anti-inflammatoire excellent et provoquant une sensation d'irritation désagréable moins forte. Ce patch se caractérise en ce qu'il contient comme ingrédients actifs de la benzocaïne et un ingrédient ayant un effet anti-irritant, ledit ingrédient anti-irritant contenant un ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés dans le groupe composé de 1-menthol, dl-menthol, dl-camphre, d-camphre, méthyle salicylate, glycol salicylate, huile de menthe poivrée, huile d'eucalyptus, capsaicine, extrait de capsicum, et vallinamide d'acide nonylique, le contenu en benzocaïne variant de 0,5 à 20 % en poids.
