Summary:An improved automatic voice response system wherein the loads of applications during reproduction of messages including variables by use of voice files have been reduced. The voice response system comprises an application server and a voice server. The application server has first and second voice files and voice information. The voice server includes voice file processing means that receives the voice information and first voice file from the application server and produces a grammar based on the voice information; voice recognizing means that performs, based on the grammar, a voice recognition of the first voice file to produce a plurality of divided voice files; and voice processing means that replaces at least one of the divided voice files by the second voice file.
