A plastic fitment with child-safe properties for attachment to a container component of film-like plastic material, includes a tubular body portion (2) defining a through passage (3) having axially spaced ends. A plurality of welding ribs (7) is formed integrally on the outer periphery of the body portion (2) near one axial end (4) of the through passage (3). Furthermore, a cap member (6) is integrally formed on the body portion (2) near the other axial end, said cap member (6) sealing the through passage (3) at one end. The cap member (6) is attached to the body portion (2) through a weakened portion (10). Radially outwardly projecting, wing-like blades (14, 15) are formed on the cap member (6) at diametrically opposite positions thereof. The cap member (6) can be placed on the body portion (2) for repeatedly sealing the through passage (3) after it has been separated from the body portion. The cap member (6) permanently attached in one-piece manner to the body portion (2) through a meandering strap (24). This invention also relates to flexible pouches and beverage packages incorporating said fitment. L'invention concerne un support en matière plastique doté de moyens de sécurité pour enfants, destiné à être attaché à un composant d'un réceptacle en une matière plastique analogue à un film, comprenant un corps tubulaire (2) définissant un passage traversant (3) à extrémités axialement distantes entre elles. Plusieurs nervures de soudure (7) sont formées d'une seule pièce sur la périphérie externe du corps (2) à proximité d'une extrémité axiale (4) du passage traversant (3). En outre, un élément formant une coiffe (6) est formé d'une seule pièce sur le corps (2), à proximité de l'autre extrémité axiale, ladite coiffe (6) scellant le passage (3) à une extrémité. La coiffe est reliée au corps (2) par une portion de moindre résistance (10). Des lames en forme d'ailettes (14, 15), en saillie radialement vers l'extérieur, sont formées sur la coiffe (6) en des emplacements diamétralement opposés. La coiffe (6) peut être placée sur le corps (2) pour le scellage répété du passage traversant (3) une fois qu'il s'est trouvé séparé du corps. La coiffe (6) est reliée en permanence, de manière à former une seule pièce, au corps (2), par une attache sinueuse (24). L'invention concerne en outre des pochettes souples et des emballages pour boissons incorporant ledit support.
