Thus, the leakage preventing wall (30) takes a shape that can easily conform to a curved surface of the wearer's body. L'invention concerne un article absorbant comportant des parois anti-fuites (30) exerçant une force de contraction élastique dans le sens de la longueur permettant de plier un corps principal (2). Chacune des parois anti-fuites (30) comporte une partie de contrainte (38) située entre les extrémités avant et arrière (30a, 30b), permettant de contraindre localement la paroi anti-fuites (30) pour qu'elle ait une hauteur donnée. Ainsi, la forme de cette paroi anti-fuites (30) s'adapte facilement à une surface incurvée du corps de l'utilisateur.
