Summary:It is intended to obtain a mesenchymal stem cell in the early stage of differentiation from a pluripotent stem cell differentiated in vitro. A mesenchymal stem cell is obtained by: a) the step of culturing pluripotent stem cells, b) the step of confirming the appearance of a cell with stroma cell-like morphology, and c) the step of selecting and separating a PDGFRalpha-positive and FLK1-negative cell. L'invention vise à obtenir une cellule souche mésenchymateuse au stade précoce de différenciation, à partir d'une cellule souche multipotente différenciée in vitro. Une cellule souche mésenchymateuse est obtenue conformément à un procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) culture de cellules souches multipotentes, b) confirmation de l'aspect d'une cellule avec une morphologie de type cellulaire stroma et, c) sélection et séparation d'une cellule PDGFR alpha positive et d'une cellule FLK1 négative.
